The Tanzania Scotland Network exists for anyone with an interest in both countries.   It is an outcome of collaboration between the Britain Tanzania Society Scottish group (BTSS) and the Tanzania Edinburgh Community Association (TzECA)

The Group has over 50 members and several 'friends'.  We host informal meetings for the Network several times a year in Scotland.

The Network aims to facilitate contacts between people living in Scotland who are from Tanzania or who have links with Tanzania.  Meetings often include a talk on Tanzania, an update on social and fund-raising activities of Network members and a shared lunch.

The Britain Tanzania Society Scottish group is a regional group of the Britain Tanzania Society. To become a member of Britain Tanzania Society visit the website: www.btsociety.org

The Tanzania Edinburgh Community Association  is an association of Tanzanians living, working and studying in the Edinburgh area. It provides information on education, jobs, immigration and many other issues. TzECA collaborates with institutions such as the Scottish Parliament and the University of Edinburgh, works closely with the Tanzania High Commission, and co-ordinates visits for Tanzanians to Scotland.  For more information see www.tzeca.org.uk

Membership of the Tanzania Scotland Network is open to all with an interest in Tanzania and is free.   To join us, click here
